Today we had a very early start. Our cookie monster mascot dazzled luas travelers at the charlemont stop from 6:45 am right up to 9:30 am.

The Hilton hotel in charlemont place organized cookies, muffins and lemonade for everyone passing all free of charge. With the Laura Lynn team in full flight with the donation buckets and our cookie monster showing off his dance moves and high fiving everyone in side, it raised money for a great charity and put a big smile on everyone's face.

As the photographer on the day pointed out, even if we hadn't managed to raise a cent, it was a job well done having put a smile on so many faces and helping them get the August bank holiday weekend off to a great start.
